Amajoyo is an events brand and record label built around Afro House, Afro Tech and Melodic House. High-energy shows. A crowd that shows up. Music that moves.

Founded by DJ De La Noise, shaped by years of touring across Europe, South Africa and Asia, Amajoyo was built to do one thing: bring people together through sound.

In the Amajuba district of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, lies a small town called Utrecht, the same name as the region in the Netherlands where De La Noise is from. Mix Amajuba with the word enjoy, and you get Amajoyo.

From sold-out showcases at Amsterdam Dance Event and sun-drenched outdoor editions in the Netherlands, to events in Cape Town, Amajoyo has built a loyal crowd and a reputation for quality bookings. Past guests include Nitefreak, Kasango and Kususa.

Amajoyo Records runs alongside the events, an independent label releasing Afro House and Afro Tech music and backing artists pushing the sound forward.
